FAQ
-
What grain varieties and specifications do you offer for oats, barley, and rye?
We supply food-grade and distilling-grade oats, barley, and rye with customizable moisture, protein, and beta-glucan targets. Product formats include whole berries, flours, flakes, and custom grinds.
-
Can you meet specific functional targets for mash efficiency, viscosity, or flavor development?
Yes. Our in-house technical team works directly with distillers and food formulators to dial in particle size, enzymatic activity, and absorption rates for optimal performance.
-
Are your grains traceable back to the grower or region of origin?
Absolutely. We maintain full supply chain transparency — from contracted growers through cleaning, milling, and packaging — ensuring traceability and consistency for every lot.
-
Do you supply both conventional and organic certified grains?
Yes. We’re certified for both organic and conventional production. Documentation, certificates, and lot-specific COAs are available upon request.

-
Do you offer pre-contract samples or pilot-scale test runs?
We can provide production-scale samples or pilot quantities for formulation testing prior to full contract execution.
-
How do you manage consistency between crop years and lots?
Our QA and production teams monitor each batch for moisture, absorption, density, and microbial load. Blending and process adjustments maintain performance consistency year-round.
-
What sustainability or regenerative practices are used by your growers?
Many of our growers utilize regenerative methods including crop rotation, minimal till, and water stewardship. We’re continuously expanding partnerships with sustainable producers.
-
What’s your lead time for new orders or recurring shipments?
